Information

Shipping is made after receipt of payment.

Orders are processed and delivered to the Courier in chronological order, generally within 24 working hours of receipt of payment.

During periods and holidays (August, Christmas period, etc.) the processing times may be delayed.

Deliveries are made with couriers selected according to the destination. All shipments are traceable with the appropriate tracking code that is communicated at the time of shipment.

In the event that the order is not delivered due to the lack of cooperation on the part of the Customer (wrong address, wrong telephone number), the package can be returned to our office at the expense of the Customer, including any costs for the return of the goods. These expenses will be deducted from any refund.
