According to the legislation on the Right of Withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005) the Customer can return one or more items - strictly unused - within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. After the return we will provide, within 14 calendar days, to refund the Customer the full amount paid during the purchase. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer.
You can exchange purchased items for other products or sizes. If the price of the replaced products is equivalent, the Customer will not have to supplement the payment. If the price of the products requested as a replacement is higher, the Customer must pay the difference in price. If the price of the products requested as a replacement is lower, we will refund the Customer the price difference.
We will not accept the return of items that are not in the same condition in which they were sent. Therefore, we invite you to take care in trying each product purchased, because if the original labels are missing or damaged, the returned products will be considered unsellable and therefore with a value of 0 euros. Requirements of the products to be returned:
- all labels must be perfectly intact and must not have been removed from the product
- the item to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was originally dispatched
- the garment to be returned must be packed carefully and neatly
- the garment to be returned must not have been worn, washed or treated in any way
- the footwear to be returned must be in perfect condition, the original box is considered an integral part of the product and therefore must be returned intact, without signs, writings or deformations that could compromise the sale
- the box of footwear to be returned must not be used as the only outer packaging for shipping, but must in turn be packed in such a way as to protect the goods
- the package containing the product to be returned must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery
Note: the package containing the return is under the responsibility of the Customer, so we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery of the return. If the return does not comply with the conditions listed we will not be able to accept the return and the package will be rejected. At the request of the Customer, the products will be returned to the Customer at his expense.
How do I return?
The return/ replacement request must be made with the Return Form: fill it out in its entirety directly on the PC, download it and send it by email to our Customer Service.
The Customer is required to independently ship the products to be returned / replaced. However, only for orders delivered in Italy, the Customer can request our "FACILITATED RETURN" service at a cost of 8 euros. In the latter case we will collect and ship the product through our courier.
After receiving your package, we will check that all the above conditions have been met and, if the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will issue the refund. The refund will be made by PayPal or by bank transfer.
